Exchange Policy:
We want you to love your purchase! Although we do not accept returns, if there is a problem with your purchase, we would be happy to work with you. If for some reason your item arrives incorrectly, damaged, etc., please message for exchange instructions. Personalized items will not be eligible for exchange. Items eligible for exchange must be in unused, new condition and sent back within 14 days of purchase.
Please note: Due to the handcrafted, genuine leather, and vintage nature of our products there may be variations in style, stray markings, and textures in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item!
